EACH ADDITIONAL HOUR 50p
All machines now accept card payment, Apple Pay and coins. The Council also have a Flowbird Payment App available for use.

PARKING PERMITS
are available for CAEN STREET OVERFLOW CAR PARK
FROM 1ST APRIL 2024 UNTIL 31ST MARCH 2025
A ONE YEAR PERMIT COSTS £240.00 but can also be purchased part way through the year on a pro-rata basis
Before applying for a permit please ensure that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions: -
a. Parking permits will be available to residents and non-residents.
b. Caen Street overflow car park will allow permit/pay and display parking.
c. No permits will be valid in the main car park.
d. Only two vehicle registration numbers will be valid on a permit and the vehicle using the permit must ensure that the permit is displayed at all times, non display of the permit may result in a penalty charge being issued.
e. There will be no reserved parking for permit holders and permit holders are not guaranteed a space.
f. Permits cannot be transferred to another person and if lost or stolen must be repurchased at full cost.
